Bello Realty Partners is focused on multifamily development in urban submarkets in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  Principals Larry Bergner and Phil London take pride in enhancing communities through thoughtful development and believe that value is derived by improving the neighborhood.

Bello has the capability to execute on any attractive infill opportunity. Together, Larry and Phil have over 50 years of industry experience. They have assembled, entitled and developed millions of square feet of mixed-use real estate, including financial underwriting, oversight of design, construction, leasing, management and sales. This experience is comprised of more than 1500 residential units and nearly 2 million square feet of office and retail, civic space, and related infrastructure.

The Company targets development opportunities with total budgets in the $15-$50 million range . Both rental apartments and for-sale condominiums are possible. 

Projects may involve: 

• Ground up construction.
• Renovation of obsolete buildings, where the highest and best use requires conversion.
• Repositioning of existing properties, where a higher return can be achieved through a value-add program.

This diverse approach allows Bello to pursue multiple development scenarios and affords a variety of opportunities to create value for investors.
